Cost-effective and easy to specify and install, the porticos are offered in a broad choice of styles, in colours to mimic various types of natural stone, and with dimensions that can be adjusted to suit the property. All porticos are manufactured to order, with typical lead times being four to six weeks.

Many styles of new-build properties and those being altered, restored or extended can benefit from cast stone porticos, which add style, provide shelter and can increase the property's resale value by thousands of pounds. Procter Caststone offers its porticos in a choice of standard colours to mimic natural stone, or they can be manufactured to order in custom colours. Furthermore, the standard designs enable the dimensions to be adjusted as required for the particular property, and customers can 'mix and match' column, cornice and architrave styles to suit their own requirements. Another option is to add bespoke details to standard designs in order to enhance the individuality still further. To simplify installation, the individual components of the porticos incorporate location features so that they fit together as easily as possible. No special skills or equipment

are needed, though lifting gear is required for manoeuvring the heavier components. Where appropriate, a steel framework is designed and supplied to suit the portico and property on which it is being installed.
